This policy covers iGBA, eNDS and eNES, published under the mattials name.

Your files stay yours

Game files, saves, save states and cheat lists are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud container. They are never uploaded to us. We run no servers that hold your content and we have no way to read it. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

Advertising

iGBA and eNES show ads through Google AdMob unless you buy PRO. AdMob may process an advertising identifier and coarse location to select an ad. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we show Google's consent form before requesting a personalised ad; decline and you get contextual ads instead. On iOS we honour your App Tracking Transparency choice — saying no costs you nothing but personalisation. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Purchases

PRO and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details — only an anonymous receipt. Manage or cancel in your device settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Local link play

Link play connects two devices directly over the local network or Bluetooth. That traffic is game data between your own devices; it does not pass through us and is not recorded.

Analytics

No third-party analytics SDK. We see only the anonymous, aggregate crash reports Apple shares with every developer, and only if you opted in at the system level.

Children

Not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
